Refund policy

When purchasing fine fragrances, we highly encourage you to purchase samples first before you purchase the full size bottles as used products are not eligible for a return.

All products, excluding minis, sample sizes can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after receipt of merchandise. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email collinsch@aol.com to get return authorization, approval & RMA#. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. We do not receive COD returns. Returns without an RMA may not be honored.

Defective merchandise will be replaced. All defective claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a replacement. Please email collinsch@aol.com to report the defect.

Once you receive an RMA, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 6 business days after we receive the package.
